Selected candidates will use their inpatient nursing knowledge to review and annotate medical records, evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs, and provide feedback that helps improve next-generation AI systems.

This is a remote contractor opportunity for candidates based in the United States. No previous AI experience is required. Practical inpatient nursing expertise, sound clinical judgment, and strong documentation review skills are the key requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected Registered Nurses will contribute their clinical knowledge to improve the accuracy and reliability of healthcare AI systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Review and annotate inpatient clinical documentation, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, laboratory results, and discharge summaries.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness.
• Apply bedside nursing judgment to validate and improve clinical datasets.
• Review inpatient workflows, standards of care, and documentation practices.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in clinical records.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
• Provide detailed feedback on guidelines and challenging clinical cases.
• Help improve AI model understanding of real-world inpatient clinical scenarios.

Required Skills

Candidates should have strong clinical knowledge and the ability to review medical documentation carefully.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
• Recent inpatient bedside Registered Nurse experience is preferred.
• Should have broad clinical exposure across different inpatient populations.
• Must be comfortable reviewing complex clinical documentation and inpatient workflows.
• Experience in an academic medical center or large healthcare system is preferred.
• Previous medical record annotation experience with positive performance reviews is an advantage.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent hands-on inpatient bedside nursing experience.
• Experience with complex patients and diverse inpatient populations.
• Exposure to academic hospitals, teaching hospitals, or large health systems.
• Familiarity with nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, medication orders, laboratory results, and discharge documentation.
• Previous experience in clinical annotation or medical record review.
• Ability to identify clinical inaccuracies and provide constructive feedback.

Important: Previous AI experience is not required. Your real-world nursing expertise is the main qualification for this project.

Salary and Work Details

Hourly Compensation

USD per hour
