Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of clinical trials:
Clinical Trial Management
- Coordinate and manage clinical studies in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Ensure proper implementation of study protocols and procedures
- Assist investigators in study-related activities and documentation
Patient Recruitment & Coordination
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants
- Schedule patient visits and follow-ups as per study protocol
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure ethical conduct
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records, including Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Prepare essential documents for audits and monitoring visits
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees
- Assist during site monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
- Ensure timely communication and reporting of study progress
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SOPs, and ethical guidelines
- Support submission of documents to Institutional Ethics Committees (IEC)
- Report adverse events and ensure proper documentation
Clinical Research Coordinator
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
- Freshers with strong knowledge can apply; prior experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes and GCP guidelines
- Certification in Clinical Research or Pharmacovigilance (preferred but not mandatory)
