Who We Are Looking For

Educational Qualifications & Experience
- A graduate with a three-year degree and at least three years of relevant work experience, OR
- A postgraduate degree in a related discipline such as Public Health, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar fields
Key Skills & Competencies
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Advanced computer literacy: Comfortable navigating a variety of software applications and digital platforms to streamline project workflows
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Skilled in using Word for documentation, Excel for data management, PowerPoint for compelling presentations, and Outlook for effective communication
- Strong written communication: Able to draft clear, concise, and professional reports, emails, and project documents
- Bilingual communication skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi to ensure seamless interaction with diverse team members and stakeholders
- Administrative coordination: Experience in organizing meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling logistical tasks with precision
