Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations at the retail pharmacy store.
- Drive store sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, guide, and train pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure operational compliance with SOPs and company standards.
- Handle customer queries, billing, and documentation accurately.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) – Any Specialization
- Experience:
- Prior experience in pharmacy retail/store management preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also apply.
- Skills:
- Leadership and team management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and drug dispensing protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
