We are looking for an energetic, confident, and self-driven Medical Representative (MR) to join our team.
In this role, you will represent our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Your main goal will be to promote our products, increase sales, and build strong, long-term relationships in the medical community.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Medical Representative, you will be expected to:
Promote Products to Healthcare Professionals
- Visit doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff regularly.
- Share information about our products and explain their benefits.
- Encourage healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend our products.
Achieve Sales Targets
- Work towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals set by the company.
- Plan your work smartly to reach and exceed these targets.
Build Strong Relationships
- Maintain good professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Keep in touch with them to create trust and loyalty.
Organize and Attend Promotional Events
- Participate in medical conferences, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs), and workshops.
- Help set up product presentations and marketing activities.
Stay Updated with Market Knowledge
- Learn about our products and how they compare to competitors’ products.
- Keep track of the latest trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
Share Feedback with Management
- Report customer needs, competitor activities, and market conditions to the company.
- Suggest ideas to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Who Can Apply? – Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Skills Needed:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Confidence to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and market trends.
- Other Requirements:
- Willing to travel frequently within your assigned area.
- A two-wheeler for field visits (if required).
