The Aircraft Division at Nasik undertakes major manufacturing and maintenance activities. As part of its commitment to skill development and knowledge sharing, HAL invites B.Pharm graduates to undergo a one-year apprenticeship training program, providing exposure to industrial operations, regulatory standards, and pharmaceutical applications in aerospace healthcare.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharm Apprenticeship

| Year of Passing | 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 |
| Status | Candidates must have passed and possess the final degree certificate. “Appearing” or “Result Awaited” candidates are not eligible |
| Backlogs | Candidates with pending back papers or supplementary exams not cleared are ineligible |
| Apprenticeship Status | Candidates who have already registered/undergone/completed apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible |
| Registration | Mandatory registration on NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) to obtain Enrolment ID |
| Nationality | Indian citizens only |
Documents Required at Verification
Candidates must appear physically for Document Verification with the following original documents:
- Aadhar Card
- Printout of NATS 2.0 Dashboard with Enrolment ID
- SSC Certificate/Marksheet
- Final B.Pharm Degree/Provisional Certificate/All Semester Marksheets
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC in Central Govt. format, if applicable)
- Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC)
- Valid EWS Certificate (if claiming EWS reservation)
- PWD Certificate (if applicable, with minimum 40% disability)
- HAL ward candidates: MSI card

Selection Process
- Shortlisting will be based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (B.Pharm aggregate percentage/CGPA) and applicable reservation policies.
- The final list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the official HAL website under Career Section → Aircraft Manufacturing Division, Nasik.
