Role Overview

Qualifications and Skills Required
- A postgraduate degree (M.Pharm or equivalent) in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Chemistry; Ph.D. holders or candidates pursuing Ph.D. will be preferred.
- In-depth subject expertise with a strong academic and research foundation.
- Proven research and analytical skills, with experience in experimental design and scientific writing.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with students and peers.
- Experience in student mentoring, project guidance, and educational advising.
