Job Overview
We are seeking motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Medical Representatives to join our field force. The selected candidates will play a key role in promoting the company’s products, expanding market presence, and strengthening professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders in the assigned territory.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in pharmaceutical sales as well as experienced professionals who want to grow with a progressive organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and present IRX Pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Generate prescriptions and ensure consistent product visibility in the market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow planned doctor coverage schedules.
- Provide accurate product knowledge and scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.
- Participate in product training programs, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: D. Pharm or B. Pharm.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experienced candidates in pharmaceutical sales will be given preference.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and ethical marketing practices.
