1. Understanding Scientific Literature and Patents
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read, interpret, and analyze patents and research articles across different areas of chemistry, with a primary focus on pharmacology. This includes understanding experimental designs, biological assays, mechanisms of action, and outcomes reported in scientific documents.
2. Extraction and Excerption of Pharmacological Data

Compensation and Growth
