Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and healthcare authority (MOH/DHA/DOH) guidelines.
- Maintain complete and accurate pharmacy records, including prescriptions, stock levels, and controlled substances.
- Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and duplications.
- Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy outcomes.
- Support quality assurance, pharmacovigilance reporting, and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B. Pharm) or higher in Pharmacy.
- Valid UAE Pharmacist License (MOH/DHA/DOH).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant pharmacy experience (community or hospital setting).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong ethical standards and a patient-first approach.
