Role & Responsibilities of Officer (Production – Coating & Compression Area)

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Operating and monitoring tablet compression and coating machines.
  • Ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) during production.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining batch manufacturing records (BMRs).
  • Assisting in equipment calibration, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinating with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production activities.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in productivity and reducing process deviations.
