Role Overview
We are currently seeking an Officer with a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems to join our expanding team. This role is critical in ensuring that our Bioanalytical operations comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and global quality standards.
The Officer will play a vital role in conducting system audits, retrospective reviews of data and reports, and supporting continuous compliance initiatives. Whether you are a fresher with strong academic knowledge or a professional with 1–2 years of QA/QC or bioanalytical laboratory experience, this role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to begin or advance your career in the clinical research sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of fundamental Quality Assurance programs and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Conduct system audits of bioanalytical operations to verify compliance with SOPs and relevant international regulations.
- Perform retrospective audits of raw data, method validation (MV) reports, and bioanalytical (BA) reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with current regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.) and apply technical knowledge to ensure robust compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
Eligibility Criteria
