🧑💼 Role Overview – Business Development Officer
We are currently seeking a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for providing back-end operational support to the business development function. This role is a perfect opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the field of business operations, client management, and global coordination.
As part of the Business Development team, you will:
- Support the sales & business development function through efficient data management and reporting.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain records, databases, and reports for client interactions and business operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in business proposals, client documentation, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative and strategic support for key business projects and partnerships.
This role will allow you to gain first-hand exposure to global business operations in the pharmaceutical CDMO sector, while also helping you develop strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

| Experience | Open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in related fields |
| Skills Required | – Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Ability to manage data efficiently – Strong organizational and coordination skills – Analytical mindset with attention to detail |
