Open Positions
1. Staff Nurse (CTVS OT)
We are looking for dedicated staff nurses to be part of our Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) Operating Theatre team – one of the most advanced and specialized units at Artemis Hospitals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (recognized by Nursing Council)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in operating theatres; prior exposure to cardiac or vascular surgeries will be an added advantage.
- Interview Mode: Offline | Face-to-Face interviews only
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardio-thoracic and vascular surgeries.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain operating theatre equipment, instruments, and sterile environment as per established protocols.
- Support surgeons and anesthetists during complex surgical procedures by ensuring seamless coordination and timely assistance.
- Monitor patient vitals pre, intra, and post-surgery while maintaining accurate records.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
2. Infection Control Nurse (ICN)
We are seeking highly motivated and certified infection control nurses who can play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors by minimizing hospital-acquired infections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Experience Required: 2 – 5 years of work experience in infection control or clinical nursing with a focus on quality and safety.
- Mandatory Requirement: Infection Control Certification (candidates without certification will not be considered).
- Interview Mode: Offline | Face-to-Face interviews only
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor hospital-wide infection prevention and control programs in compliance with NABH and JCI standards.
- Conduct regular audits, surveillance, and inspections of hospital units to identify infection risks and breaches.
- Train, guide, and mentor healthcare staff on standard infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE usage, biomedical waste management, and sterilization practices.
- Maintain and analyze data related to hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and prepare regular reports for the Infection Control Committee.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and quality teams to promote patient safety initiatives.
- Develop innovative solutions and policies to address emerging infection risks and enhance hospital safety culture.
