Chemistry Teacher: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our academic faculty and take on the vital role of teaching students in Grades 11 and 12, following the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for educators who are dedicated to academic excellence, hands-on learning, and nurturing young scientific minds.

Role Description
As a Senior Secondary Chemistry Teacher, you will:
- Deliver well-structured and conceptually rich lessons to students of Classes 11 and 12 in accordance with the CBSE syllabus.
- Prepare students thoroughly for their board examinations through focused content delivery, assessments, and revision strategies.
- Conduct and supervise practical laboratory work, ensuring safety, accuracy, and conceptual reinforcement through experiments.
- Utilize engaging, inquiry-based, and NEP-aligned pedagogical techniques to make chemistry both interesting and understandable.
- Track student performance regularly and provide academic support through mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives.
Key Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably under the CBSE curriculum.
- Strong command over classroom management, communication, and student engagement techniques.
- Confidence in preparing students for both theory and practical exams with strategic clarity.
- Familiarity with NEP-aligned teaching methodologies will be considered an added advantage.
- Passion for education, patience, adaptability, and a student-centric approach to learning.
