Current Openings:
1. Quality Control (QC) Analyst
Qualifications: M.Sc. / M.Pharm / B.Sc.
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with flexible shifts are welcome)
Key Skills:
- Proficient in HPLC and UV Spectrophotometry
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP guidelines
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards
- Prepare documentation and support audits
2. R&D Scientist – Formulation/Analytical
Qualifications: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
Experience: 2–3 years in Formulation or Analytical R&D
Key Skills:
- Expertise in formulation development
- Analytical method development and validation
- Understanding of ICH and USFDA regulatory guidelines
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations
- Execute stability studies, process validation, and scale-up activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development
3. Engineering – Electrical Maintenance
Qualifications: B.E. (Electrical)
Experience: 2–3 years in Pharma Plant Maintenance
Key Skills:
- Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of pharma machinery
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, autoclaves, and sterile equipment
- Knowledge of cGMP and validation processes
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure smooth functioning of plant equipment
- Perform calibration and validation tasks
- Implement automation and energy-saving initiatives
