NeoCrest Life Sciences Consulting is looking for Medical & Scientific Writers who can craft manuscripts, clinical trial documents, regulatory reports, and medico-marketing content that truly shape the future of global healthcare.
This is a remote role where your expertise as both a scientist and a storyteller will directly influence medical communication and decision-making worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical & Scientific Writer at NeoCrest, you will:
- Draft and edit scientific manuscripts (original research articles, reviews, case reports, meta-analyses, retrospective studies, etc.).
- Prepare clinical trial documentation and regulatory submissions in line with global standards.
- Develop regulatory affairs documentation and scientific dossiers.
- Create engaging medico-marketing collaterals, slide decks, and scientific presentations.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and clarity across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, researchers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates with a strong academic foundation and proven writing expertise:
- Educational Background: M.Pharm, M.Sc, PhD, MBBS, MD, or equivalent in life sciences/pharma/medical fields.
- Experience: 1–6 years in medical writing or scientific communication (publications, regulatory writing, or clinical writing).
- Strong skills in scientific literature search, data interpretation, and reference management.
- Familiarity with tools such as EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, or statistical analysis software (preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities, with attention to detail and scientific accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
- INR 4,00,000 – 8,00,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications).
