🧪 Role: Executive / Sr. Executive – Research & Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new chemical entities and formulations.
- Conduct synthesis, scale-up, and optimization of chemical processes.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis.
- Ensure all procedures align with regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams across QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Maintain meticulous records, lab reports, and documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of organic chemistry, analytical techniques, and handling of modern lab equipment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for scientific inquiry.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D setup.
